There are many ways to mark this significant event, and your remote company can join the challenge. Here are some activities you can implement to celebrate International Women’s Day.

Write a goodwill message to the women in your team

International Women’s Day is a great time to appreciate your female employees by sending them a special goodwill message. There are many ways to do this, including writing a letter, delivering a Zoom speech to appreciate all female employees, or recording and sharing a video on the company’s YouTube channel.
