Customers hear back from us in under 24 hours (and more quickly for urgent requests), and we make sure they don't have to repeatedly ask us for information and that their games go off without a hitch. Coworkers don't need to routinely ask for status updates on our projects; we get things done on time, and if something comes up, we proactively notify the team that we're running behind.
