During the game

Our host handles it all. For team-based events, our host will break players into smaller teams to compete for the crown. |

For our team-based events, a champion team is named after multiple rounds of fun. |

We prefer hosting all of our games on Zoom, but we can also host select games (Trivia, Bingo, Ice Breakers) on Google Meet if you prefer (just let us know in the notes section when you book!). When you book an event, we’ll create the meeting link and send it to you.
If your group doesn’t have Zoom downloaded, that’s no problem. All of our meetings are able to be joined via any web browser, and no Zoom account is required to play.

We totally understand that things come up, so we are always happy to accommodate. However, if this occurs within 7 business days of your event, we charge a $150 last minute change fee. This is because we ask our hosts to hold their time for your event, and when you have a last minute change, we still pay our hosts out of respect for their time. If you need to make any changes to your booking, just email us to let us know at hello@barnonegames.com

Our standard events are 60 minutes long. The Interactive Ice Breakers event also has a 30 minute version.

Every event includes a live-host who facilitates the event, and interactive content curated just for your group. For our team-based events, your host will be in charge of splitting people up into smaller teams, and the event also includes a leaderboard that determines the final winning team.

Our minimum requirement is 4 people, and we can host this for groups as large as 1,000 people. For our team-based events, everyone will get split up into smaller break out rooms, so even large groups will spend lots of quality time as a smaller group.
Note: For Bingo, our maximum is 100 people.

Not a problem at all! Just give us your best estimate and if numbers change significantly, just let us know so we can staff the event appropriately. We only require the event minimum as a deposit upfront. You won't pay for any variable charges until after the event is over, so you only pay for those who actually attend the event.

We've done a lot of hybrid events and it's definitely possible for us to do this for your group and make it inclusive and fun for everyone!
Because all of our events are team-based, the players who are together in-person will be paired together on teams, so that they can work together in-person to solve our games.
The virtual players will also be paired on teams, and utilizing virtual breakout room functions, they will work together.
These in-person and virtual teams will all be competing in the same game for the championship. If you're wondering whether your specific set up would work, inquire now and one of our reps will work with you.

Our live professional hosts can still facilitate a game for your attendees! Our fully in-person events are administered on an ad hoc basis, based on your group's set up. Inquire now and one of our reps will work with you.

Credit card is strongly encouraged and we provide an easy way to pay online. If you must pay via other methods, just contact us and we are happy to find another method that works for both of us.

All of our content is designed to be inclusive and accessible for everyone. When we design our events, we make sure that everyone will feel like they have something to contribute, regardless of age or interest area!

We like to keep all of the content a surprise, so we do not provide any of the content beforehand. You can feel rest assured that you’re in good hands - all of our content is written by our in-house team and has been tested with tons of groups!

Definitely! We’re a US-based company, but when you book, we’ll ask you about the geographic location of your attendees. If your group is non-US-based, just let us know and we’ll curate content that’s inclusive for an international audience.
