How does pricing work?

Deposit: Covers 2/3 of estimated total (minimum payment covering first 20 players)

Rescheduling: Free rescheduling up to 7 days before the event. For any scheduling changes within 7 days of the event, we charge a $150 fee*.

Discounts: Available for multiple bookings & large (100+) groups. Speak to a rep to learn more.

Small business discount: We love helping other small businesses, and offer a small business discount. Speak to a rep to learn more.

Note: If you choose to cancel without rescheduling, the deposit paid is non-refundable.

Discounts for multiple bookings or large groups

If you book an event for 100+ people or if you are booking 3+ events at once, we offer a discount. Speak to a rep to inquire more. 

Optional extras to customize your event

Note: Costs are in addition to the event minimum listed above. Pricing for add-ons may differ in December due to high demand.

  • Get 15 minutes at the start of the event for a welcome speech from the organizer

  • Pre-assign teams (rather than our default random teams) if you have specific match-ups in mind

    Note: $100 is the base rate. For 8 teams or more, total charge is $200 (not required to know how many teams at time of booking; incremental $100 is added to final invoice after the event.)

  • We have a variety of options for you to receive food / drink with your event. We work with a variety of providers to handle all of the logistics for you

  • Event will be extended by 15 minutes and our host will facilitate ice breakers for the teams before the game kicks off

  • Send us your own set of 5 questions and we’ll add it into the game
